Eight lives left: Ernie the cat rescued from gutted Long Island home 12 days after fire

NESCONSET, N.Y. – A family members cat was identified alive 12 times soon after a Extended Island dwelling went up in flames, and the discovery was made after a faint meow was heard inside of the gutted, boarded-up home.

Specialists say cats have a broad vary of feelings.
